This hotel had a super central position opposite the Market Square.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Relaxing place, it was fairly clean and had accommodating staff from the pleasant receptionist.

Prime and perfect location next to William Sissons Gallery. We had the superior double room which was top-notch and en suite with twin beds. All in all everything was very clean, nonetheless we had very small bathroom.

Well-appointed & warm unit with same table, slippers, a comfortable bed. The restaurant was very comfortable and food was tasty.

Brand-new room, extremely comfy bed, and luxury bathroom. Food was outstanding and well presented; the staff were affable.

Cosy, clean place, everything was very good, including staff and food. I appreciated a nice restaurant with a local menu. Early check-in was a bonus. There was a lovely garden.

Quaint property, clean, its staff and food were fab. The restaurant was good in the bar area as well as the restaurant, it had amazing dishes. My stay here was really really nice!

The room was absolutely spotless and lovely romantic, included ironing set, two comfortable armchairs and soundproofing.

I really enjoyed the place and its stuff and location. There also was easy free parking and heated pool. Based in a modern area.

So ideal location and spotless place, I loved competent staff. Vegetarian breakfast was comprehensive & consisted of fruit and bacon. Good value, great service offered.

Jacuzzi was best and everything was wonderful.

Staff was motivated plus location was pleasant. The place was minutes away from Helmsley heart of the city. Very tasty bacon and fresh fruit served in the morning.

The bed was too short, that's my bad luck.

I enjoyed this hotel and would stay here again. Unbeatable location, the staff were absolutely amazing. Rooms were functional and heated. Plenty of food at takeaway breakfast including cereals and fruit to order. Daily service was special too.

Food was splendid, extremely polite staff, bed was comfy. Everything seemed fine, fairly clean. Perfect location to national centre for birds prey. It was good to have carbonated drinks in the in-house bar...

Fab stay in the domestic area. Fairly clean hotel, I loved FINE food and staff. The bed was soft and it was great having coffee, hairdryer and slippers. It was quirky and bathroom - large. Warm reception.

Marvellous location and incredible breakfast with many choices. Near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. It's only a short distance to Helmsley Market Place bus station.

superb location, it was a lovely experience. stopped by crema coffee house to get some coffee and treats, it's easy walk to the venue, recommend. besides, free parking meant a lot.

Within a walking distance of La Trattoria, where you can have lunch. Helmsley castle was a few steps. It is adjacent to the airport
